For the production of pipe type B, UP- as well as vinyl ester resins are used (according to DIN 16965, part 2). The thermoplastic linings are made up of PVC, PVDF, PP, PE, ECTFE, PFA, FEP, ETFE.

The outside layer consists of glass fleece and a weatherproofed resinous layer of 0.2 mm.
